Elaine Dezenski
Former U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Elaine Dezenski is Senior Director and Head of the Center on Economic and Financial Power at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, an independent non-partisan think tank. She is founder of LumiRisk, LLC, a geopolitical risk advisory practice. Previously, Dezenski held executive leadership positions at the World Economic Forum, INTERPOL, and Cross Match Technologies. She also served in various senior positions in the U.S. government, including Deputy and Acting Assistant Secretary for Policy Development at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Dezenski was a senior fellow at Yale University’s Jackson Institute for Global Affairs and a Lecturer of Business Ethics in Yale’s Program on Ethics, Politics, and Economics. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and Wheaton College (M.A.).
