Michael Neifach

Former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

Mr. Neifach has served in senior national security and immigration positions at the White House Homeland Security Council, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). He served as Principal Legal Advisor at ICE from July 2007 through January 2009. He also served on the ABA Commission on Immigration (2016-2019). He is currently the Office Managing Principal of the Washington, D.C. Region office of the Jackson Lewis P.C. and is co-leader of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group.

 

Mr. Neifach is frequently quoted in national news media including Forbes, the New York Times, the Houston Chronicle, and Politico.
